I'd assume that your program is the Nexgen version, and not one of the old Pro Platinum version

Go to Furnishing --> 3d Object Library --> Exterior --> Gazebo, Pergola and Trellis --> You will find several models
If you wish to modify these models or if you wish to develop a new model --> Go to --> Design --> Launch Power Tool --> 3D Workshop

You can also import a free model from the internet --> you will find links for free resources in my Facebook page
