Hi Marc, as per your email, I know that you are using Pro Platinum 4.5.1. I will be glad to help but I'll need more information: does this issue happen with all the windows? can you inform the details (height of the wall, type of window, dimensions of the window, including elevation, etc) Try to detail the problem as specifically as possible, so we can understand the issue.
