Hi Alan, Probably you moved the object to another tab Finding objects in 2D Start your search in the first level, in the first tab (Foundation) and go over the following tabs (Floor, Electrical, etc). Repeat the process in the second and third floors (try all the levels independently of the level where the object seems to be), with all the tabs, until you find the object. Depending of your version (this feature was not present in the very old versions), if you wish to select the object in liveview, you can use the 3D selection tool (arrow icon --> Live view screen) You can select items just on the active floor / tab. So, if you click on the object in live view and it doesn't become active in the plan, try with other level /tab (try all the levels independently of the level where the object seems to be) I suggest to work with liveview / split view so you can control the plan and the live view at the same time Patricia --> My website: www.punchhelpers.com--> My all in one e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Training, Tools & Tutorials --> My e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Basic & Advanced Training --> My e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Importing, Exporting and Printing --> My e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Power Tools --> My free e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Mini - Tutorials --> My e-books free video presentation: Pat's e-books --> My Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/punchhelpers.links |
