As I explained in my e-mail, unfortunately, you can't open the shutters vertically. At least, the ones contained in the Punch accessories category. However, if you go to Objects--> Exterior--> Doors and Windows--> look for the object called "4 Ft Shutter". This POB is a shutter, and it is inclined (opened) so you can resize--> elevate--> set the position (rotate if necessary) and use in your design

In addition, you can use also the "3 Ft Shutter", open it with the 3D workshop--> View--> 2D view--> front view (for example) or click on the eye in the bottom of the screen--> front view--> select the shutter--> Edit--> rotate--> write the angle, or rotate the piece with the help of the rotate tool (2nd icon at the left)(this tool works with intervals of 5 degrees)
