If you have a POB file, then you have a Door Object. This is information is important because define the location of the element

Go To your Windows Explorer--> Program Files--> Objects--> (look for a category / sub category to fit your object description)--> for example--> Exterior--> Windows and doors--> copy the 3 files in this location--> Open your Punch program--> Objects (Go to category / sub category where you saved the objects)--> in this case--> Exterior--> Windows and doors--> Drag and drop the object in your Punch plan
