the templates are very flexible units and they include a tool so you can easily insert your personal description, or change the current descriptions

Try this (check the image attached)
Go to the Properties bar--> Templates--> click in the black triangle close to the word "Templates"--> Template organizer--> template--> Info--> write the desired description (outlined in red in the image)--> OK
In this way, each time you when you pass the mouse over the templates, if you look at the lower-left of your screen (Status bar), you will see the name and description of the template
