Punch Plat V8 hasn't the accessory tool so you should apply the accessories as a texture. Try these resources
1 - develop a faux wall with the size of the curtain shutters, etc--> put it in front of the window--> apply the accessory in live view
2 - develop a 2D shape (a rectangle) with the size of the curtain, shutters, etc--> put it in front of the window--> apply the accessory in live view
