Hi Ken, You need to set the elevation of the "Yellow man". Open a liveview window. On the view menu, look for the Walk-Through icon (the yellow man first icon / left) double click on it --> the elevation menu is displayed, you can type the desired elevation During your walk-through, you can press and hold the right mouse button down to raise and lower the viewpoint.
