Hi Mac Fish, As you are in the Platinum section, these instructions are valid for this program (or programs up to V12). Different programs / versions have different solutions Try this 1 - If you create a ceiling for all the level--> delete it--> Use the floor tool--> create a surface for the first area --> Select--> Edit--> Set object elevation--> 96 inches (8ft) --> repeat the same procedure for the second area--> set the elevation to 144 inches (12ft) Patricia

Can you advise how to attach a file? I could send you a rough floor plan of what I am trying to do. I just cannot find any instruction on attachments. Thanks Mac Fish
