Hi, Also two other exact ways: 1 - With trigonometry: with the pitch, you are able to find the angle, then the additional height of the wall will be the tangent of this angle x the horizontal distance of the wall. 2 - By Pythagoras' Theorem: as you know the horizontal distance of your roof (call it A) and if you have the sloped distance of the roof (call it B), the additional height of the wall (call it C)will be: square root of((BxB)-(AxA)).
