Hi Frost two or three users reported a similar problem after they installed Windows SP2. Lets see if your problem is the same -Go to the Windows Explorer--> Program Files--> Punch Professional--> Textures--> Choose a plant category (say "Annuals" for example)--> check if the textures are there--> it must be 3 files for each texture (For "Annual1", for example you will find "Annual1.PTX"; "Annual1.PPV"; and "Annual1.PTI"). All the 3 files must be there for all the textures - Verify if (for some reason) you have a "Punch Professional--> Textures2" file with some elements belonging to the "textures"file. If so, move them to the right file If all the files are there, I'd suggest to uninstall the product and perform a new clean installation Let us know if you need additional help Patricia
