Hi Dan,
there are several reasons why a DXF or DWG file doesn't import in Punch, but usually this happens because the file needs a "cleaning"
In my website, you'll find a "cleaning" tutorial http://www.punchhelpers.com/acadtutorial.html
If you still experience problems, send me your CAD file and I'll check it

I have a DWG file provided by someone I previously hired to do some landscape work. I asked him to "cleanse" the file based on some parameters I read in the online help section. I have the second iteration of this file now, and I still can't get it to import. Happy to provide the file but don't see a means to provide an attachment. I am running Home and Landscape Design Premium v19.0.5.1016

Hi there,
Sometimes, importing a DWG plan can be tricky. For this reason, I developed a step by step tutorial. You can find it in my website: http://www.punchhelpers.com/acadtutorial.html Or, you can download my free e-book: Learning Punch Software (R): Mini - Tutorials In addition, you can check my Facebook Note #9 that includes a sample file for testing purposes. Let me know if the above solutions don't work.
