Hi all,

I have v19 for Mac and the Smartwand was working just fine. Then it stopped working like it used to. All I get now for options when I use SmartWand for every surface I point to in 3D is 'Here only, all exterior perimeter walls, cancel and Disable SmartWand.' It used to offer lots of other options. And when I click using 'Here Only', nothing happens.

Secondly the Material/Color Finder does not work. I use it in the 3D window and click on something, but the wrong palette entry is highlighted. In fact the same palette entry is highlighted no matter where I point and click the Material/Color Finder.

I have tried closing the program and restarting it, but that makes no difference. Help!

Thanks Patricia. The program is 'Architect 3D Ultimate 2017' v19.0.8 I bought it a few days ago.

My computer is a 27 inch iMac with 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 memory; 3.5GHz Intel Core i7 processor; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB graphics; 3.12TB Fusion Drive.

The file size is 7.8 MB.

Your program is an Avanquest product. Although your program and the Punch programs are based on similar software, they are not the same.
In order to get the specific support, I'd suggest that you contact the forum / support of the manufacturer of your product. I will be glad to answer your questions there (I am also a Moderator in the Architect 3D forums)
