Hi there, In the Export Menu for 2D images, there is a check box labelled "Crop at lot boundary". Doc sez: "crops the image where the lot ends when selected. When deselected, the image extends past the lot boundary". Question is: what is a lot boundary and where is it specified, please? (as in the French version of the doc, the concept of lot is just missing...) Thanks Pals, DTL EDIT: Sorry for the wrong location

Hey,
I don't know this program but, just to clarify the concepts:
1 - The lot boundaries are the limits of a property. You can specify the Lot Properties (this is the name that I see in the Punch Manual).
2 - Crop means when you trim an image around a certain limit or shape, so in this case the option means trim the 2D image accordingly with the limits of your property.
Best,

Hey Man, fine!
I finally figured out that the word "Lot" was not translated within the screen hardcopy in the French version of the doc. Actually it is "Parcelle" everywhere else (mainly in chapter 8), this is why I did not find it in the doc.
Thanks Buddy.

No problem.
Perhaps you should follow the instructions and use the French manual, independently of the good or bad translation?

Thanks 1234PT for helping this user! To Toulousaing => as I know that you have my eBook for V19, I'd suggest that you check page 156 in order to see the difference between Lot and Workspace. Hope this helps! |

Hi there, If you don't have the time to read all the eBook, the best option is the use of the "Search Tool" => as the eBook is a PDF, it works great! For example, in this case, you can search the word "lot". |
