I used quickstart to specify 2 floors and a basement, then drew the foundation/basement, then added rooms to the 1st floor and added doors and windows. I now need to get back to Quickstart (or the side tab showing all the rooms) to add rooms to the 2nd floor and can't find a way to do that. I've searched through the tutorial videos and none of them say how to get back the rooms tab so you can add new rooms to another floor.

Hi there, Using Quick Start is like a napkin sketch or a fast layout => after you click "Continue", you are going to the project stage, therefore it is not possible to return to the fast layout. However, you can add a new floor in the project stage using the "Floor Number" button (outlined in blue in the image below) => click on the triangle (pointed with a blue arrow in the image below) => in the drop down menu => select "Add / Insert Floor" => the "New Floor" (outlined in red in the image below) menu will open => define the settings. Using the tools, you can add walls, floors, decks, etc.  Add new floor.jpg (28kb) downloaded 0 time(s).Hope this helps. |
