Hi. I am having trouble keeping my door knobs in place after saving and then closing/reopening the software. After reopening the Software, the door knobs move to the center of each double door. I have completed the test of moving the door knobs to where I want them, saving, and then closing/reopening multiple times. Each time it moves to the center of the doors. See attached photo. The door that I am using is the French Door, Width = 6'-10 1/2", Height = 6' 8", Elevate = 0", Trim = 4", Double Door = Yes, Swing Mount = Flush, Angle = 0. Hi there,
After each change in the properties bar, don't forget to press enter, so the changes take effect and the file will keep the changes after you save / close the program.
