I cannot figure out how to get vertical wood posts to render in 3D? Working on an open beam front porch. Sketch.jpg (107kb) downloaded 0 time(s). Front Porch 2.png (640kb) downloaded 8 time(s). Front Porch 1.png (542kb) downloaded 1 time(s).Thanks for the help! James

Hi there,
In Punch, in order to suit your necessities, you have different rendering modes. So, for example, if you need to render an image for presentation purposes, you use the Shaded Mode. If you need to render the structure, you use the Framing Mode. The components defined as "structure" (such us support columns, beams, joists, etc) don't appear in shaded mode => this is is why you can't see the structural columns in Shaded Mode.
I'd suggest that you use the columns in the Furnishing Library.
