I am trying to create some more advanced landscape designs which would be much easier if I can create multiple polygons (such as a circle and a rectangle), break them into (or simply remove one or more) segments, delete segments and join segments of disparate polygons into a single shape. Is this possible in PHLPv21?

Hi there,
Yes, you can.
Go to the Detail tab => create a shape => select the shape => Set Edit Level as "Points" => Convert To => Open Polygon => you will be able to move one of the corners (usually the low - right corner) => open the polygon.
At this point, you can: 1 - Select the polygon => Convert to => Fence, Rail, etc. 2 - Join the line with the line from another opened polygon. 3 - Select the lines and adjust the curves. 4 - Add or remove points in the shapes / lines.
Hope this helps. |
