Hi, We have "Punch! Landscape, Deck & Patio v16".
I had done some landscape planning with it a few years ago, but then haven't used it for a couple of years while we were actually doing the landscaping! :) Now I'm back to planning the next stage of landscaping, but the computer that we had been using for this has been upgraded to Windows 10 and isn't liking this software anymore. I then tried installing it on a different computer that is still running Windows XP, but that computer doesn't even recognize that there's anything on the CD. The disk is in perfect condition, no warps or scratches, so I don't think it's a physical issue. And when we try re-installing it on either of our Windows 10 machines, the computers just freeze when trying to run the install files. The Windows 10 machines kind-of recognize that there is some sort of installation software on the CD, but can't seem to get it to load.
Any suggestions on how to get this software operational again? Thanks!

Hi there, As you probably know, this Forum is user to user, therefore, we can't help with installation / computer / hardware issues because we are not allowed to access and evaluate your computer conditions or custom settings. Please, contact technical support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), Windows settings, etc. and in addition, they will check your system, limitations, etc. Use this form to submit a ticket.
