Figured out how to whiten out the background, but don't see a way to make height dimensions visible.

Hi there,

The best solution to add accurate dimensions to the framing elements is visualizing the framing elevation in Elevation View. You can see an example in this image in my website.

Also, as you have my eBook, you can check all the available features in Elevation mode (including images) starting on page 257.
