In the updated v25 for Windows, I am not getting a search bar in the available space where it was in previous versions in any of the Plants or Furnishings drop down menus. There is a space where the search bar should be, but nothing there. I've tried restarting the application, restarting my computer, and nothing changes. Help!

Hi there, The search box is located at the bottom of the Library categories bar (pointed in red in the image below). Write the desired name => press the magnifier (pointed in blue in the image below) => the elements will appear in the library.  search.jpg (69kb) downloaded 2 time(s).Hope this helps. |

if you look at the photo I sent over, my program does not have that search bar. The space where it should appear is blank.

You posted in the Professional section of the forum, but I see several issues in your screenshot. Can you confirm the name of your program?

Hi there, I moved your post to the correct program section. This is odd. I'd suggest that you contact technical support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), settings, etc. Submit a ticket to Tech Support. |
