I purchased and use the ultimate version of Architect 3D.
As a new user, I'm learning how to use the tool. I'm getting familiar with the 2D plans.

However, I'm having an issue with 3D view:
I can't display the 3D view on individual room

My open question:
How can I enter/navigate inside a room / house and display the 3D view of the room, with possibility to move inside the room to have different views ?

Thanks for guiding me.

Hi there and welcome!

In 3D Live View you have 4 different tools:
- Walk-through tool => you will see a little man in Live view => to walk, confirm that you selected the little man and not the chopper.
- Flying around tools => you will see a chopper in in Live view.
- The Aerial View tool => you will see the icon showing a satellite/ earth icon to see a top aerial view.
- Room View => select a room and then click on the icon showing a floor plan to see an aerial view of the room.
In order to Walk-through inside the house => use this system to start => Set the screen as half floorplan / half live view (Split View) => set live view as Walk-Through (the little man)=> in the floorplan view, you will see an arrow symbol => point the arrow with the mouse and move this arrow to position the desired Walk-Through view => also if you rotate the point of the arrow, the Walk-Through point of view will rotate as well.

Architect 3D, as any program, has a learning curve. The best way to learn the program, IMO, is practice + practice + practice => Read and follow the manual (this is important), see the videos => In order to get started, try to create elements or a simple plan not related with your project, so you will become familiar with the commands and how to manage the different components and solutions.

If you are interested, my eBook for Architect 3D includes all the features, lots of tutorials, screen guides, examples, how-tos as well as images for each setting.

Hope this helps.
