I need to show the dimension on an elevation drawing of my house design from grade to ridge to submit construction drawings to county

When I create an elevation drawing and use the offset dimension tool if i click enter the dimension does not show.

I am a novice and use ver 21 for mac.
Help, what am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

It sounds like a hardware problem, so you will need to contact tech support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), OS settings, etc. and also they will check your system, limitations, etc.
