(Old) AS4000 2D Symbol Libraries
The only 2D folder that loads during installation is Directions. I thought there were additional 2D symbols included in the program. Am I mistaken, or is there an installation problem? Thanks for any help.

(Old) Side toolbars unreadable while designing
I am having a problem with the wall properties toolbar.With program open,I can only see 1/2 of the toolbar almost as if the window was open too far,but its not.My settings, 1600 x 1200 native screen resolution on a pair of 21" monitors. Has anyone else ha

(Old) Getting the AREA of a floorplan
Is there a simple way of getting the area of a floorplan or am I missing something? In another program i use it was as simple as "right clicking snap" to every external corner of a layout plan to get the "area" Any help please on this?

what is the best way to save all my designs and the templates I have created so I can endure a future "crash"? If they are to be burne to disc, is this easy to reload? and what file type are they saved as etc.??

(Old) 3D Live View shows object not in plan!
An island cabinet that looks a lot like my existing kitchen island cabinet is showing up in 3D Live View (all modes, fly thru, walk thru, etc) sitting in the middle of the family room, but it is not on the floorpan anywhere so I don't know how to get rid

(Old) Can punch roof designer create a Bell-Cast Mansard roof?
I am looking to design a second empire style house. I currently have Home Architech and it will not handle this. I have tried several different trial and none of them seem to have this roof capability. Can the punch software handle this?

(Old) exterior wall looks like an interior wall
I laid out my foundation and it looked fine, until I added interior walls. I then noticed I needed to make some more space for the master suite bathroom. So I went back to the foundation plan, deleted one wall, and made a new one with the new wall segment
