Hello!

When I go to put in a window, door, cabinet, etc... and want to choose a different style, I click on the down arrow of the drop down menu to see the other options, and the options do not appear, just a flat line, indicating there is nothing else available in my drop down menu. How do I get those other styles?

Hi there,

I will be glad to help, but I'll need more information

As you posted in the Home and Landscape Design Essentials for Windows section, I am assuming that this is the exact name of your program, correct? Now, can you tell me the version number of your program? (V20 or V19, etc)

Also, can you post an image showing the empty drop down menu? => To add images => how to add images

This is a picture of me trying to select a different door style:

I had this issue before and was sent something to download and incorporate into the program, and it did work. But the problem came back, thus my post here :)

In all the pictures, I have clicked on the drop down menu, and only the flat line appears below.
