Hello. Has anyone experienced sudden inability to print to PDF? I have used Punch for years & generally can print without issue, however suddenly when I print PDFs of a drawing I cannot open PDF on any computer. Tried 3 computers. Says there is no content. Anyone encountered / have suggestions? Thanks very much for your help.

Hi there,

Can you inform the name a version number of the PDF program that you are using?
What does the Punch print preview image show? Can you share a screenshot?

Thank you for your post, I just found it in my spam folder.
I usually choose print to Microsoft PDF and open it with Adobe Acrobat reader. Using several computers, none of which are opening the latest drawings. Basically have been opening them for several years prior to now. The two windows computers seem to list the Acrobat version as 20.01320074.
I primarily use a Macbook Pro and send the PDFs from the Windows computer I draw and print the drawings from over to the Mac and open them using Acrobat Reader 9. The Acrobat will not open the latest drawings either. I printed them several times, so it's not just one round for drawings that wont open. The Mac message says "The file “New Ranch Plan Floor Plan 1.5.21.pdf” could not be opened because it is empty."
Thanks again for you help.
David

What happens when you open the Microsoft PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat reader? (both in in your Windows computer)

I see a mix of PDF programs & versions. Try the update the PDF versions.

Try to open the PDF that you generated with you Windows program using "Preview" in your Mac computer.

I know that Microsoft PDF includes several bugs, especially when used with Win 10. Try to install another PDF program (there are several free programs) and see if the issue is still there.

Hope this helps.
