When I try to install my Punch 2000_2015 on my new computer (windows 10/ Intel 7) I am getting the following error:

I have done a cleanup of any files left over by the installation attempt and tried again but same issue. Se Attached screen shot snip.

I'd never heard of this program. If you still have the program in another machine, please, check => Main menu => Help => About => inform the Compete name and version number of your program.
Or confirm the name / version number of your old program.

Hi there,

Happy Holidays! BigGrin

So, you are trying to install an upgrade to V20, correct?

Try these 2 resources:

1 - Install the program as Administrator.
2 - Deactivate any antivirus or similar programs.

If these resources don't solve the issue, you will need to contact tech support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), Windows settings, etc. and also they will check your system, limitations, etc. They are the experts for these problems.

[email protected] or submit a ticket

Hope this helps.
