I have a Windows 10 laptop using Intel I5 processor with 6 gigs of ram. I just upgraded from AS15 to AS20.
When I open an existing drawing or create a new drawing the 2D view will only display in the bottom right quarter of the 2D work area. I can draw a new wall in the upper left of the 2D work area and the wall will show up into bottom right quarter. When I scroll the drawing up, down and sideways the rendering will disappear when scrolled out of the bottom right quarter. It seams like there is a window inside a window and the 2 Windows are not lined up together.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just upgraded to v20 and the same thing is happening to me. Can get the grid/plan to display on the lower right corner and need to draw in the upper left for it to show bottom right. Pic attached. The big arrow is where my mouse cursor is. screen shot.png (48kb) downloaded 8 time(s).

Hi there, Download the Punch file attached +> unzip it and open it using your V20 program. Test V20.zip (5kb) downloaded 2 time(s). You should see a screen like this Test V20 screenshot.JPG (101kb) downloaded 6 time(s).If you don't see this => use this setting => Main Menu => 2D => Fit to Window. Or Set Zoom using 50% (for example) If you don't see correct image, please post a screenshot of the Punch screen . |
