Hi Pat, I am editing on my practice drawing and I have one section of wall not showing the red line designating the foundation, so how can I fix this? Have tried many thing but up to now no solution, I know its there but? Thank you.

Ok unable to post that portion? What I have is the basement wall outline with windows and door, when I click foundation windows and door go away and the red lines pop up showing the footings in red on 3 walls only the N. side is missing? Thank you for the help.Fritz

Thank you for posting the image => it shows the problem. One of the most important concepts in Punch is related with the exterior walls: the exterior walls in Punch must conform an enclosed perimeter, otherwise some features won't work (topography will be inside the house, automatic roof is not available, dimensions will not follow the rules for exterior walls, auto foundations won't be complete, etc). For this reason, it is always important that you check if the exterior walls are really fused. In the image attached you can see 2 rooms => notice the difference with the topo, dimensions, etc in the room where the walls are not fused. Walls not fused.JPG (117kb) downloaded 5 time(s).My suggestion is that you check if all the walls in the perimeter are 100% fused, especially in the bottom left corner (it doesn't look fused) More info and images => pages 41 and 44 of my eBook.
