I recently upgraded to HD Professional V21 on my MacBook Pro running macOS Big Sur v11.6.. I have been creating a 1st floor layout of my home on this new program and am experiencing a problem with the display of exterior wall dimensions. Specifically, I created 4 walls for a rectangular garage using the Wall Tool. When I type in the desired length of the wall (20'-0"), the wall appears to adjust to the specified length, but the dimensions display reads (19'-11-15/16"). The same thing happens when I create an adjoining wall perpendicular to the 1st wall. I have tried using various tools, even the nudging function, to fix the problem, but have no success. I even tried tweaking the grid properties settings, but that didn't help either. Any suggestions?
