Rank: Newbie Joined: 10/5/2022(UTC) Posts: 5 Location: utah		My MacOS was upgraded last night to Ventura 13.2.1. Since then, Home Design Professional won't start. I get a popup with the following message: "Home Design 21" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash. I've contacted Punch! but haven't heard back. Any ideas?

Only Tech Support can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), settings, etc. and in addition, they will check your system, limitations, etc. So, please, be patient.

And where can I find it? When you save any Punch file, the format is PRO. You can see that in your Documents folder, all your Punch projects are PRO files (for example myproject.PRO) So, Tech Support is asking you to send the Punch file that is not opening. Hope this helps.

The problem is that Home Design is not even starting up. It fails as soon as I double click the Home Design 21 ICON. Support doesn't seem to understand that the app is not starting, let alone being able to load up a .PRO file.
