Hi there, You can find all my eBooks (for all programs and versions) as well as collections and add-ons in my Punchhelpers StoreIn order to answer your questions, please, let us know the Punch version you are using (V21, or V22, etc) Also, you posted in the Mac section, but Mac doesn't include a V25 version. Is your program Windows or Mac? Regarding the grass background: now sure what do you mean? can you post a screenshot of the issue? |

Using Studio V25 I seem unable to post a screen shot here- the background topography used to look like grass but now it is white. No grass.PNG (261kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

As it seems to be a Windows program, I am moving this post to the Windows section. To insert pictures in your post, please follow these instructions . |

I believe I have solved the grass issue by simply locating the grass filling in Materials. However, I still don't understand how to attach an image. I've read the Option 2 instructions but don't understand => or "-Insert Image Button (outlined in blue in the image". I don't see any image(s) with any color markings. When I click the Insert Image box above this dialog window, it asks for the URL location, whatever that is. When I click on the Insert Attachment box it fills the entire screen and I can get no further. Obviously I'm missing something - probably computer skills but in my defence I am about to turn 81.
I still have the elevation problem limiting my ability to design a sunken living area one foot below the surrounding floor (I can recess it six inches or so but cannot overcome the grass showing thru afer that). But, I have purchased your ebook and will study up on that and object elevatons. Thanks.

Hi Jim Thank you for purchasing the eBook! Originally Posted by: Jim K I still don't understand how to attach an image. When I click on the Insert Attachment box it fills the entire screen and I can get no further. Option 2 states => "if you have the images or files in your computer, you can upload and attach individual images => click on the Attach Image Button (outlined in red in the first image)" This the first image, so you need to click on the paper clip button. If you are starting a project without the Quick Start Wizard, develop the Exterior walls first, confirming that the Exterior Walls are forming a closed polygon and also, all the wall segments in the perimeter must be fused. After you complete the Exterior walls (perimeter of the house), proceed with the development of the interior walls. Notice that first, you must define the elevations of the different levels. In the eBook, check the chapter "Understanding the elevations" Hope this helps. |
