I am using a Mac, Version 11.1, osMac Big Sur and HDS Complete Ver 20.0.1 (20190728.1). I am several hours into a home design that is to be built on a slab, one story with usable bonus living space on the second floor. Using 9 ft walls on 1st floor and 8 ft walls on second floor where possible. I suddenly have multiple layers showing on the 3D view. I have read the manual several times but nothing seems to work. Anyone have any ideas how I can correct the situation/
Thanks TNoah

Hi there,

I will be glad to help, but I am not sure if I am understanding the issue.

What do you mean by "multiple layers showing on 3D"? Can you share a screenshot showing the issue?

Hi there,

I see two issues:

1 - In the lower floor, check if you have a low wall and the automatic ceiling activated => remember that the automatic ceiling elevation is the height of the lower wall.
2 - Check the "floating elements" => select them => set the correct elevation.

Hope this helps.
