Just upgraded from Ver 17 to Ver 21. Trying to bring up a drawing previously done on Ver 17. The grid and drawing only show up in the lower right quadrant of the screen. Same thing if I bring up a sample plan.

Neither of those situations apply.
Version 17 worked fine on this Desktop PC, but the new version 21 has this problem. I have upgraded to most recent version of Windows 10 just before loading V21 and perhaps that has caused a problem.
I have version 21 working fine on my laptop with the older version of windows 10.

The settings of this post are a recommendation of tech support for several users. As this didn't happen in my computers, I don't have any additional ideas.

I'd suggest that you submit a ticket to Tech support and see if they have any additional solution.

Could not find way to reply to last message on this existing topic (no Reply button exists on the last reply), but did want to give a final update.
Tech Support suggested turning on Hardware Acelleration, but it was already ON. This made me think there might be a problem with the graphics imbedded in the mother board of the PC. I then inserted a separate graphics card and this has solved the display problem.
Thanks again for you help.
