Hello, brand new to this particular software, though have used Live Home 3D extensively In trying to get some familiarity with basics, I find that often when I am moving around in 3d view via my trackball, suddenly the view goes upside down. I have no clue how or why, or how to reverse it. Can someone help out this green newbie? Related, disappointed that WASD does not work for moving around, it is tiring having to reset the hand. Am I missing something? Settings seem quite limited. Thanks Joe |

Hi there, when you post questions at the Forum, please inform the exact version number of your program (V15 or V18 or V21, etc) Different programs and versions include different features, so we need the information in order to provide the correct solutions. On the PC you will find this info in the main menu => Help => About… On the Mac this info is on the title menu => About… If possible, include a screenshot of the issue How to add images |

It may not be upside down, but it is confusing, first pic is when I left click and move trackball, 2nd is when I release the button. Very odd, I don't get it. Punch 1.jpg (424kb) downloaded 4 time(s). Punch 2.jpg (744kb) downloaded 1 time(s). |

Hi there, The images you sent look odd and these are not the expected results using Punch, as you can see in the image below, showing the same project. Rendering.jpg (99kb) downloaded 0 time(s).Let's try to fix the issue: 1 - Close the program => reopen the program => open the same sample plan => don't change any elevation or program setting => visualize in 3D. Do you see the same issues? 2 - If you try the option above and the program still shows the same issue, try this => if you are using a laptop and it is in a docking station, remove it. Some computers have a USB dongle video cable. Try it without the cable. 3 - Try to use the program with a simple mouse. Hope this helps. |
