I recently opened up a Design from a year ago,

When switching to 3D walkaround the viewer window. locks up for a minute or so, it does this a few times then the program just closes

running Monterey 12.4. v.20 of Design Studio complete

This is a problem related with your OS.
As you probably know, this Forum is user to user, therefore, we can't help with these issues because we are not allowed to access and evaluate your computer conditions or custom settings.

Please, contact technical support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), settings, etc. and in addition, they will check your system, limitations, etc.
