Recently got a new PC. Installed my v19 Home & Landscape Professional. Program starts with a pop-up window "Product Registration". It needs Registration number, email, and email confirmation. I only have a serial key. Tried that then get "Registration Error - A network error occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again". I have submitted a ticket. Just wondering if anyone knows if I can solve this without Punch Support. Thanks.

Hi there,
Tech support told me that some system requirements for older software are out-of-date re: new OSs.
One of my contacts will be able to help you with an upgrade, so as I did with the user above, I will send you an email with the contact.

After installation of Professional V20 when trying to register it gets the following error: Registration Error "A network error occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again." This has been happening for 3 days. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still getting error. Screenshot attached. Window 11 Pro v22H2 x64 Punch Home and Landscape Professional V20 I have sent emails to Punch directly and have not gotten any response either.
