Hi!
I'm new here but a long time user of Punch, we had 13 and now are trying v22 for an addition project we have at the house. I got in touch with Customer Service to request a trial before committing to a purchase but to my surprise the SW won't run. I tried on 2 machines, this MS Surface tablet and my Surface Laptop both with ample processing power (will share below). I tried running it on admin mode as suggested by tech support and nothing -- now it's been a few days and no response from Punch. I'm at a stand still and need help.

Issue:
Installed Punch 22 and program will complete install allow me to enter SN info but won't run. It accepts the info but won't open.
Tried to remove and reinstall at least 3 times in 2 PCs.

Solution Provided by Tech Support:
​Close Punch, Right click on the Punch Icon on your desktop. Left click on "Properties". Click on the "Compatibility" tab at the top.
Add a check mark next to "Run the program as the Admin". Hit "Apply. Click "Ok. Open Punch (Won't open)
