(Old) Siding with varied textures
I am working on a Victorian design. I want to be able to add rows of shingles and wainscot type siding to the same exterior floor. Also the Texture I would like to have does not exist in the texture listings. What suggestions do you have?

How can I change the default working elevation floors? Pro Platinum sets the defaults as 0" for the 1st floor, 96" for the 2nd and 192" for the third floor. My floor plan calls for the main house to be at an elevation of 24" since its on piers and post

how do i get white siding? or VERY light gray, i know about the texture tool and customizing the colors but when i try to make it white (255 on all three colors shows white in the preview box) the siding when applied to my house comes out tan!

(Old) Live View keeps continually rendering
HELP!! All started out well after installation of Platinum, however now whenever it's in Live View it's constantly updating the rendering so I can't actually do anything. I'm running on XP Home, what's causing it to do this and how can I stop it?
