I am using Punch Design Studio 19.0.8 on a 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro (Intel).

When I open a sample plan, nothing appears.

When I open a new file and draw a wall, the wall vanishes as soon as I draw it. However, if I hover the cursor near the wall I do see the screen prompts (on, endpoint etc.), so the wall seems to be there but not visible.

Why is everything invisible?

Hi there,

It sounds like a hardware problem, similar with the one you experienced in 2020. So (again Smile ) you will need to submit a ticket to Punch tech support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), OS settings, etc. and also they will check your system, limitations, etc.
