I have verson 25, freshly installed on a new laptop. It has an integrated graphics card, and I realize now that it may not work well, but it's been working up until now. When I open the program, only the bottom right 1/4 of the window has a grid and is workable space. Do I have something set wrong? Thank you.

Hi there,

I saw this problem before and it sounds like a hardware / configuration problem, therefore you will need to contact tech support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), OS settings, etc. and also they will check your system, limitations, etc.

Hope this helps.

Hi there,

Try this solution => if the laptop is in a docking station remove it. Some computers have a USB dongle video cable. Could try it without the cable.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. It's not in a docking station, but I did a system restore and that seems to have solved the issue.

I didn't change a single setting. Yesterday it was working fine, today it's only 1/4 of the window again. Do I have to system restore every time I open the software?

Apologies for the new thread on the same problem. I couldn't reply to the old one.

I know it's good software, but apparently my brand new laptop is a hunk of junk.

For information: I went to Edit/Preferences/System, enabled hardware acceleration (it was disabled) but turned it all the way down (it was halfway to full.) After I restarted, the software seems to be working normally.

I did submit a ticket to tech support, both times, haven't heard anything back.

Hi there,

Looks like a hardware problem. The tickets to Punch tech support are the correct steps, so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), OS settings, etc. and also they will check your system, limitations, etc.

Hope this helps.
