I purchased the pro platinum V10 for download. There are three files to download but no instructions as to how to activate all three. The first seems to download fine and activates the main program but has an error near the end when it looks for content1.

Hello there! I've just loaded Punch Pro Platinum and have noticed a problem. When I click some of the plan toolbar icons (stairways, railings etc.) nothing appears in the preview bar. Some of them do work (windows, doors etc.). Can you help? Punch P
