I purchased the pro platinum V10 for download. There are three files to download but no instructions as to how to activate all three. The first seems to download fine and activates the main program but has an error near the end when it looks for content1.

When I open the elevation powertool for a plan I have been working on recently, it goes to a dialogue showing that P!3deleve.exe has generated errors and will close. I have never had this problem before. I am running Platinum. I do not get this error on

Hello there! I've just loaded Punch Pro Platinum and have noticed a problem. When I click some of the plan toolbar icons (stairways, railings etc.) nothing appears in the preview bar. Some of them do work (windows, doors etc.). Can you help? Punch P
