I wanted to add, that I was able to open a dxf (not a dwg) file in the free Bravo reader but the fonts changed and they were sticking thru the walls. The curves were a little better than pdf and bmp. The bottom line is, I need to print floor plan, elevat

New Posts Borders, Mark S's Avatar ** Framing Editor
I would like to see the framing editor export the same lines that were drawn in Punch. I have a raised floor foundation so I don't want the diagonal lines denoting a slab to show, so I drew my own foundation lines (dashed) but they show as solid lines in

Can someone explain why in AS4000 vs.8 the roof pitch is designated with a denomonator of 12 and in vs.10 a denomonator of 10 ?? It's understood that 12 equals 12 inches for the run, what is "10"? I am in metric mode so can I assume the "10" is 10 cm or 1

Frustrated. Seems like an impossibility to design the kitchen with this. Please tell me I've overlooked something. All other kitchen design programs I've seen, either free online or at the hardware stores, have the spacing when you try to place cabinets o

I am in the middle of a four unit design. I have been using 4000 for a few weeks now. Until recently, 3D rendering was done fairly smoothly and quickly. With no changes to my system, 3D rendering now freezes the system. I checked task manager and perf

I see that when adding interior walls, it seems to automatically put some wood textured based boards on the bottom of all interior walls. Is there a way to change these to something nicer?
