(Old) Roof pitch
Can someone explain why in AS4000 vs.8 the roof pitch is designated with a denomonator of 12 and in vs.10 a denomonator of 10 ?? It's understood that 12 equals 12 inches for the run, what is "10"? I am in metric mode so can I assume the "10" is 10 cm or 1

** How to modify base boards on interior walls?
I see that when adding interior walls, it seems to automatically put some wood textured based boards on the bottom of all interior walls. Is there a way to change these to something nicer?

Is there a way to install two bi-fold doors or sliding doors and eliminate the inner casing so the space/opening is without an unsightly casing? I know this can be done with single doors but I've tried the same method without success. Any help here would

(Old) How to type in length of foundation?
I find the fact that I have to point and click to draw the foundation is a bit cumbersome, especially when drawing a small cut out in the foundation and I can't easily see the dimensions as I'm drawing. I could find no obvious way of being able to type

(Old) Drawing foundation causes screen redraw problem?
When I'm drawing a foundation, it seems at some point the screen goes crazy on me and all the lines that I have drawn so far of the foundation disappear and all the Punch toolbar icons disappear until I right click to finish the foundation then the screen

(Old) AS 4000 - Electrical - Floor/Ceiling Receptacle
I want to change the Floor/Ceiling Receptacle from FLR to CLNG. The Properties Bar is blank. Help file mentions the option to change is within the Prop Bar. Prop Bar is "Auto Activate". Please advise on how to recover Prop Bar. Using AS4 v8.0.0.
